By accessing or using the Aurelyn Global Clinical Trial Standards Atlas (the “Atlas”) and any related materials, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Atlas.

The Atlas is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is a curated, illustrative reference and does not constitute legal, regulatory, medical, clinical, or financial advice, nor a substitute for the official text of any law, regulation, guideline, or standard. Regulatory requirements, effective dates, review timelines, and submission portals change frequently and vary by trial type. You must independently verify all information against the official source before relying on it for any submission, filing, or decision.
3. Permitted Use
Aurelyn AI Clinical grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Atlas, and to share links to it, for your internal, non-commercial reference. Without prior written permission you may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Atlas or its contents; (b) reproduce, scrape, or extract the compilation in bulk; (c) present the Atlas or any substantial part of it as your own work; or (d) remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Atlas — including its selection, structuring, arrangement, classification, taxonomy, written summaries, visual design, and source code — is the proprietary work of Aurelyn AI Clinical and is protected by copyright, database, and other intellectual-property laws. Aurelyn Clinical Engines™, Aurelyn Trial | OS™, CECE (Clinical Evidence & Consistency Engine), eTMF Intelligence OS, and all associated names, logos, and branding are trademarks and proprietary frameworks and platforms of Aurelyn AI Clinical. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Third-Party Materials & References
Names of regulations, standards, authorities, registries, and frameworks (for example ICH, CDISC, FDA, EMA, MHRA, PMDA, NMPA, ANVISA, TGA, Swissmedic, CDSCO, MFDS, WHO) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification and educational purposes. Such reference does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship. External links are provided for convenience; Aurelyn AI Clinical is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.
6. No Warranty
The Atlas is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Aurelyn AI Clinical does not warrant that the Atlas is error-free, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurelyn AI Clinical and its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your access to, use of, or reliance on the Atlas, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to the Atlas & These Terms
Aurelyn AI Clinical may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Atlas, and may revise these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Effective Date and Version shown above identify the current revision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
